JTL DMS Order Confirmation

Tutorial for JTL DMS Order Confirmation transfer
In this article and the video below we show you how to automatically transfer your Order Confirmations from your JTL-Wawi to your ecoDMS.
In today’s JTL DMS video we show how you can receive your order confirmations automatically from JTL-Wawi, automatically into your ecoDMS. For this purpose we first create a new folder with the shortcut name AU. Then we create a template for the assignments under Admin Print/Email/Export templates and edit it. We want to export it as a PDF and so define the path in which the order confirmations will be saved and how they will be named.
We want to export this assignment as a sample. That’s why we go to Export-Assignment-Save. As you can see it has now been saved. Now to create a template on ecoDMS we open the Client and create here a new folder under the folder “general”. This new folder will be named Order Confirmation, or in our case with the german shortcut AU. Finally, we drag and drop the generated document from our JTL-Wawi to the intended field for documents and can now edit it in ecoDMS.
Now we can adjust the status of the document, as well as its parent folder, and set the document type to “Assignment”. Once everything has been filled you can save your template. If you integrated the blind text of the last video the right way, then you should have ensured your automatic JTL DMS archiving accordingly. In the lower field you can also define the different classification roles. Then click on OK and your Order Confirmation Template has been completed.
